Preparing for pickup

• Bag your laundry and place it at the pickup location from your order.
• Separate anything needing special attention and note it in your order instructions.
• Add gate codes or concierge notes in the access instructions field.
• If an item’s care label needs something outside wash-and-fold, we’ll flag it for review instead of guessing.

Your order status

Every order has a tracking page: Scheduled → Picked Up → Received & Weighed → Processing → Ready for Delivery → Out for Delivery → Delivered. Statuses update only from real staff actions — never simulated progress. If something needs your attention, the status shows it and we contact you.
