Straightforward answers for planning your first order.
How to prepare laundry for pickup
Empty pockets and remove valuables. Put eligible everyday laundry in a bag, keep special-care items separate, and describe them in your instructions. Include labeled detergent and instructions if you are supplying your own. Place the bags only at the pickup location agreed in your order; include building access details.
Bag dimensions, fabric thickness and packing change the weight. Our small, medium and large presets use approximately 10, 20 and 30 pounds as planning aids—not measured amounts or bag-price packages. Towels and denim can weigh more than a similar bag of lightweight clothing. Final weight-based billing uses measured dry weight, excluding bags.
All-In's approved one-time rate is $2.39 per pound; approved recurring service is $2.19 per pound. Residential orders have a $39 minimum per pickup, and business orders a $49 minimum. A 20-pound residential one-time estimate is $47.80 before applicable taxes and extras. Fragrance-free detergent adds $3 per pickup. Specialty handling is separately quoted, and business pickups of 100 pounds or more require custom volume pricing. Pickup and delivery are included in eligible service zones.
