Why restaurants are different
Cleaning around service, not the other way around.
The clock is set by service
Most of the work happens after close or before open, so the scope is built around your hours rather than ours.
Dining rooms are judged up close
Guests sit inches from tables, glass and upholstery. Presentation needs detail, not a quick pass.
Restrooms speak for the whole operation
A guest who finds a neglected restroom assumes the same about the parts they cannot see.
Food-service floors soil differently
Grease, spills and constant foot traffic call for a different floor program than an office carpet.
Wisconsin winters walk in the front door
Salt, slush and meltwater land at the entrance first, and that is where the building gets judged.
The kitchen is a separate scope
Back-of-house needs different methods, chemistry and frequency than guest-facing space, so we write it separately.

Restaurant & bar cleaning in Milwaukee
Milwaukee restaurants and bars tend to run in tight footprints — Downtown and Third Ward dining rooms, bars and kitchens stacked into older buildings where every square foot works hard. That density means heavy foot traffic across a small floor, restrooms that see far more use than their size suggests, and very little room to clean while guests are present. Restaurant cleaning in Milwaukee usually has to happen after close or before the morning prep shift.
Late closing hours matter just as much. Bar cleaning in Milwaukee often means a crew arriving after last call and resetting floors, restrooms, glass and entries before the next opening, on a schedule written down in advance rather than improvised.
Winter is the other constant. Salt, slush and meltwater come in with every guest, so entry mats, vestibules and hard floors need more attention from November through March, and street-facing glass collects road spray. In warmer months, patios and sidewalk seating add exterior cleaning to the list. For back-of-house, commercial kitchen cleaning in Milwaukee WI is scoped separately from the dining room so each area gets the right method and frequency.
One standard across every location.
Restaurant groups and multi-location operators can run every location on one written scope with per-location line items and one point of contact, across the Wisconsin markets All-In already serves. A dining room in one location is held to the same standard as the next.

Do you clean restaurants after closing?
Yes. Restaurant and bar cleaning is usually scheduled after close or before opening so crews are never working around guests or a live line. The schedule is written into the scope during the walk-through.
What areas of a restaurant can All-In clean?
Dining rooms, entries and vestibules, restrooms, bar areas, hard floors and carpet, interior glass, staff and break areas, and commercial kitchen and back-of-house areas within our kitchen cleaning scope. Windows, pressure washing and winter services can sit on the same agreement.
Does All-In provide commercial kitchen cleaning?
Yes. Commercial kitchen deep cleaning — equipment exteriors, walls, floors and grease-prone areas — is an existing All-In service. We do not offer hood and exhaust-system cleaning or grease-trap service.
Can you clean bars and nightlife venues?
Yes. Bars are scoped around late closing times, high-traffic and residue-prone floors, restrooms, glass and a full reset before the next opening.
Can restaurant cleaning include floor care?
Yes. Nightly floor cleaning can be paired with periodic floor stripping and waxing, and carpet or upholstery cleaning where the dining room has it.
Can All-In handle windows and pressure washing too?
Yes. Commercial window washing and pressure washing of entries, sidewalks and dumpster pads can be added to the same written scope.
Do you provide restaurant snow removal in Milwaukee?
Yes. All-In Snow Removal handles commercial snow and ice management for Milwaukee-area properties, including restaurant lots, entries and walks, under defined triggers.
Can you service multiple restaurant locations?
Yes, within the markets we already serve. Multi-location operators can use one written standard, per-location line items and one point of contact.
