Snow removal questions, answered

How much does commercial snow removal cost in Milwaukee?
Milwaukee-area commercial snow contracts are priced from lot size, number of entrances, sidewalk footage, salting requirements and your trigger depth. Most properties choose either a seasonal flat rate spread over the winter months or a per-push rate per event. Send your site details and we return a written price for the season.
What is your snow trigger depth?
The standard trigger is 2 inches for commercial lots, but we set the trigger in writing with you — many medical, retail and multi-family properties run a 1-inch trigger with a zero-tolerance salting plan so the site is open before staff and tenants arrive.
Do you plow residential driveways in Southeast Wisconsin?
Yes. We take residential driveway plowing and walkway clearing in the Milwaukee metro on seasonal contracts, prioritized after commercial routes unless you are on a same-route neighborhood schedule.
Do you salt and handle ice control, not just plowing?
Yes. Salting, ice melt application on walks and entries, re-application during freeze-thaw cycles and documented service times are part of the contract. Snow relocation and off-site hauling are available when the piles run out of room.
When should I lock in a snow contract?
Sign before the first storm. Route capacity in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha and Ozaukee counties fills up ahead of the season, and mid-storm calls are handled only if a route has room.
