Commercial services
Commercial work is written as a scope before the season starts: which surfaces get cleared, at what trigger depth, in what order, and by what time the property has to be open. Plowing handles the drive lanes and parking fields, crews clear sidewalks, entrances and steps, and salting is scheduled and billed separately from plowing so you can see what each storm actually cost.
- Commercial snow plowing
- Parking lot snow removal
- Sidewalk and entrance snow removal
- Salting and deicing
- Ice management and refreeze control
- Snow stacking and relocation
- Seasonal snow contracts
- Per-push snow removal
- Multi-site snow management
- Property management snow services
How the services fit together on one property
Most commercial accounts use several of these in the same storm. A 2-inch trigger starts the plow, sidewalk crews clear walks and entries on the same visit, and salt goes down where refreeze is likely — shaded entrances, downspout runoff, sloped drive lanes. Where a site has nowhere left to push snow after repeated events, stacking is relocated on the property or, if the pile blocks stalls or sightlines, hauled off. Zero-tolerance and clear-by-time properties are quoted separately because they require crews on site before the storm ends rather than after it.
Contract structures
Seasonal contracts spread the winter across fixed payments, which makes budgeting predictable and shifts storm-count risk to us. Per-push billing charges by event, which suits properties that tolerate variable winter spend. Salting is priced on its own in both structures. Which one costs less depends entirely on the season, so we quote both when a property is a reasonable candidate for either.
Residential services (Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha)
Residential snow removal is available in the Milwaukee metro and Racine and Kenosha areas, subject to address and route availability. In the Fox Cities and Green Bay, snow service is commercial only.
- Driveway snow removal and plowing
- Walkway and sidewalk clearing
- Entry and step clearing
- Salting where offered on the route
- Seasonal or per-event service
What we need to quote
For commercial properties: an address, approximate lot size or stall count, sidewalk footage, your trigger depth and clear-by time, whether salting is included, and how many sites are in the portfolio. For residential: the address, driveway size and whether you want seasonal or per-event service. The snow estimator gives you a number before you talk to anyone.
