How All-In Building Solutions was built

All-In Building Solutions started in Milwaukee with a small number of nightly janitorial contracts and one unglamorous commitment: do exactly what the scope of work says, every visit, and put a name on the result. That commitment is still the whole business model.

From cleaning to facilities

Clients drove the expansion. A property manager who trusted the cleaning crew asked who was handling snow. A general contractor asked for a turnover-ready final clean. A multi-building owner asked whether one contract could replace six vendors. Each answer added a service line, and together they turned a cleaning company into a facilities management operation covering commercial cleaning, floor care, post-construction cleaning, disinfection, pressure washing, lawn and grounds care, snow and ice management, and general property support.

A service philosophy, not a pitch

Every account begins with a written scope of work: each task, each frequency, agreed before the first service date. Pricing is fixed against that scope. Supervisors inspect and document. One accountable contact owns the property. When something is missed, it gets corrected on the next shift rather than argued about at invoice time. The standard is deliberately boring — and it is why accounts stay.

Growing across Wisconsin

Southeast Wisconsin remains the company's core: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha and Ozaukee counties. The Fox Cities followed, bringing recurring janitorial and floor programs to Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah, Fond du Lac and Green Bay. The All-In Northwoods division, based in Tomahawk, now bids commercial cleaning work across Marathon, Lincoln, Oneida and Vilas counties. Each market opened with commercial service first and local staffing before anything else was offered there.

The residential side grew the same way. All-In Residential serves Milwaukee/Southeast Wisconsin and the Fox Cities with recurring house cleaning, deep cleans and move-in / move-out cleaning — the same scope-and-inspection discipline applied to homes.
