How many properties can I add?
As many as you manage. Each property keeps its own address, type and service list — nothing gets flattened into a single note.
Do all properties need the same services?
No. Service selections are per property, and you can copy the service list from one property to another when several buildings are set up the same way.
Will I get one proposal or several?
One coordinated proposal covering the portfolio, with per-property pricing inside it. That's the point of running the portfolio as a single request.
Can properties be in different parts of Wisconsin?
Yes. Tell us where they are and we'll confirm which locations we can service directly and how the rest would be covered.
Do I need pricing for each property first?
