Post-Construction Cleaning Across Wisconsin
All-In Building Solutions cleans construction projects for general contractors, developers, construction managers, builders, property managers and owners across Wisconsin. We work to the project schedule — rough clean, final clean, touch-up, turnover — with crews sized and sequenced around substantial completion and the occupancy date rather than a janitorial route.

FAQ
Post-Construction Cleaning questions, answered
How fast can you mobilize a post-construction crew?
For most Wisconsin projects we can mobilize within 48 to 72 hours, and sooner for existing contract clients.
Do you handle multi-phase projects?
Yes. We work phase by phase alongside your trades so finished areas stay clean while work continues elsewhere on site.
How a project gets cleaned
Rough clean → final clean → touch-up → turnover
Every phase has a different purpose, a different crew loading and a different price. Knowing which one you are buying is the difference between a clean building at turnover and a change order two days before the owner walk.
Phase 1
Rough clean
After framing, drywall and mechanical rough-in
The first pass is about volume, not detail. Getting bulk debris and drywall dust out early keeps the site safe for the trades still working and stops dust from getting driven into finishes later.
- Bulk construction debris and packaging removed to your dumpster
- Floors swept, scraped and HEPA-vacuumed
- Overspray, mud drops and compound knocked down
- Stairwells, corridors and egress paths cleared
- Surface prep ahead of flooring and finish installation
Phase 2
Final clean
After finishes, fixtures and flooring are installed
The detail pass. Every horizontal and vertical surface gets cleaned top-down so the building looks the way the finish schedule intended, and so punch-list items are visible instead of buried under dust.
- Detailed dust removal top-down, including ledges, ductwork and high surfaces
- Interior and exterior glass, frames, mullions and tracks
- Millwork, casework, cabinets and shelving inside and out
- Doors, frames, hardware, switch plates and device covers
- Restrooms fully detailed — fixtures, partitions, mirrors, floors
- Light fixtures, lenses, diffusers and vent registers
- Appliance and equipment surfaces wiped down
- Sticker, label, adhesive, paint fleck and grout haze removal
- Floors vacuumed, damp-mopped, scrubbed or auto-scrubbed by surface type
Phase 3
Touch-up / punch clean
Before the punch walk, owner walk-through or occupancy
Between final clean and turnover, trades come back through for punch items and re-dirty finished space. The touch-up pass resets the building right before it is presented.
- Re-clean of areas reopened by punch-list work
- Glass and stainless re-polished after handprints
- Floors re-detailed and edges re-vacuumed
- Final restroom and break-room reset
- Walk with your superintendent and sign-off on the areas covered
Phase 4
Turnover & first service
At occupancy
Many owners want the building cleaned the week they move in. Because All-In also runs recurring janitorial statewide, the same company that finished the project can start nightly or weekly service without a second procurement cycle.
- Move-in day support and tenant-ready reset
- Optional first 30 days of janitorial while punch closes out
- Handoff to a recurring cleaning program if the owner wants one
- Floor-care program set from day one on new VCT, LVT, terrazzo or concrete
Cleaning is one input to occupancy, not a guarantee of it. Inspections, punch closeout and sign-offs stay with your team — we make sure cleaning is never the item holding the date.
For general contractors
Built around how construction actually runs
Superintendents, project managers and developers deal with the same five problems on every job. Here is how we handle each one.
Schedules move. We plan for that.
Nobody hits the original date. Flooring slips, the inspector reschedules, the owner adds scope. We hold a soft window for your project and confirm crew size 72 hours out, so a two-day slide does not cost you the cleaning slot or trigger a change order.
Phased and occupied projects
We clean by area, not by building. Floor-by-floor in an office tower, wing-by-wing in a clinic or school, or building-by-building on a multi-structure site — finished areas stay presentable while the trades keep working elsewhere.
- One floor, wing, suite or building at a time
- Occupied-renovation work sequenced around business hours
- Barrier and dust-control coordination with your site rules
- Night and weekend crews when the schedule requires it
Crew scaling
Post-construction is a labor-loading problem. We size the crew to the deadline instead of stretching a two-person team across a 60,000 sq ft final clean, and we tell you honestly when a date is not achievable rather than accepting the job and missing it.
Documentation your project manager actually needs
Every project runs on paperwork. Ours comes standard.
- Fixed written proposal with scope broken out by phase
- Certificate of insurance naming your entity and the project
- Named project contact and a stated response window
- Phase sign-offs with your superintendent
- Safety orientation and site-specific requirements honored
Building more than one project in Wisconsin?
General contractors running several jobs at once are our best relationships. We keep your scope template, pricing structure and insurance documentation on file, so a new project starts with a phone call and a set of plans instead of a fresh bid process every time.
- Standing scope and unit pricing across your project portfolio
- One point of contact for every job in the pipeline
- Priority scheduling for contract partners
- Consolidated invoicing by project number
