How long does the assessment take?
About two minutes. There are roughly twenty questions across cleaning, floors, grounds, winter readiness, maintenance and vendor management.
How is the score calculated?
Each answer carries points based on how documented and proactive the practice is. Category scores are averaged into an overall score out of 100 — it measures process maturity, not how hard your team works.
Do I need to give my contact information to see the score?
No. Your score and recommendations appear immediately. Requesting an improvement plan afterward is entirely optional.
What do I do with a low score?
Start with the single lowest category. Most low scores come from missing documentation — a written scope, a defined snow trigger, a floor schedule — which is usually fixable without spending more.
