Service delivery & quality management

A Facility Program You Can Actually Manage.

Good facility service is not just the work completed after hours. It is knowing who is responsible, what was scheduled, what standard applies and what happens when something needs attention.

All-In manages every recurring facility program around a written scope, assigned service team, account supervision, documented inspections and a clear escalation path.

The work is only half the job.Managing it is the other half.

The All-In service delivery system

Eight stages, from first walk to ongoing program

Every recurring account moves through the same documented sequence, whether it is one building or a portfolio.

  1. 01

    Walk

We inspect the property, understand operating hours, access, floor types, traffic areas and service priorities.

  2. 02

    Scope

Responsibilities and frequencies are documented area by area so both sides know exactly what is included.

  3. 03

    Mobilize

Service dates, access procedures, equipment, supplies, crew assignments and supervision are established before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch

The assigned team begins against the approved scope and schedule.

  5. 05

    Inspect

Supervisors inspect service against the documented scope and identify items requiring correction.

  6. 06

    Communicate

The client has a defined All-In contact responsible for questions, scheduling and service concerns.

  7. 07

    Correct

Items requiring attention are routed to the responsible team and corrected under the applicable All-In service commitment.

  8. 08

    Adapt

As occupancy, seasons, properties or needs change, additional services can be incorporated into the program.

Account structure

What an All-In account includes

No software promises, no invented technology. These are the things that come standard with a managed All-In facility program.

  • Written scope of work
  • Defined service frequencies
  • Assigned crew and team structure
  • Account supervision
  • Documented inspection process
  • Defined escalation path
  • Consolidated invoicing where multiple services are bundled
  • Seasonal service coordination
  • Site-specific scheduling
  • Insurance documentation
  • Background-checked crews where applicable
  • Service issue resolution process
  • One primary point of contact

Mobilization

From award to first service.

What happens after you award the contract — documented before a single crew shows up.

  1. Contract awarded

Agreement signed with the scope, frequencies and pricing already documented.

  2. Final site walk

We re-walk the property with your team to confirm areas, priorities and problem spots.

  3. Scope confirmation

The written scope is finalized area by area and shared before any crew is scheduled.

  4. Access + security

Keys, codes, badging, alarm procedures and after-hours access are arranged in writing.

  5. Crew assignment

A named crew and supervisor are assigned to the building, with service days and times set.

  6. Equipment + supplies

Equipment, chemicals and consumables are staged so the first service is not a trial run.

  7. First service

Work begins against the approved scope with supervision present at start-up.

  8. Post-launch review

We inspect early service, correct anything flagged and adjust the schedule where needed.

Questions

Service delivery questions we hear from facility teams

Who is accountable for our account day to day?

Every account has one primary All-In contact responsible for scheduling, questions and service concerns, plus a supervisor assigned to the building. You are not routed through a call center.

How is quality actually checked?

Supervisors inspect completed service against the written scope for the property. Items that do not meet the documented standard are logged and routed to the responsible crew for correction.

What happens when something is missed?

You contact your assigned All-In contact. The item is routed to the responsible team and corrected under the applicable All-In service commitment — for recurring cleaning accounts, that is our 48-hour re-clean response.

How long does mobilization take after award?

It depends on access and staffing requirements, but a typical recurring janitorial account moves from award to first service through a final walk, scope confirmation, access setup and crew assignment before the first night on site.

Can services be added after the program starts?

Yes. Floor care, exterior cleaning, grounds, snow and property services can be added to an existing scope and consolidated onto the same invoice as contracts come up for renewal.

Start with a walk-through of your property.

We walk the building, document the scope area by area, and put a fixed monthly price in writing.
