Compliance & qualification
- Insurance. All-In carries commercial insurance and provides certificates on request, including additional insured language where your agreement requires it.
- Workers' compensation. Carried for our employees as required under Wisconsin law; documentation available on request.
- Background checks. Standard onboarding practice for crews working in occupied and secured buildings.
- Service partners. Specialty and overflow work performed by partners is held to the same insurance, background-check and documentation requirements.
- Safety. Crews are trained on the equipment, chemicals and site conditions relevant to their assigned work, and site-specific requirements are incorporated into the scope.
- Service documentation. Written scopes, defined service expectations and documented completion so performance can be reviewed against the agreement.

Vendor qualification questions
Can All-In provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. Request a COI through the form on this page and tell us which entity should be named as certificate holder and any additional insured requirements your lease or contract specifies.
Are workers covered by workers' compensation?
Yes, where required for our employees under Wisconsin law. Documentation is available on request as part of the vendor packet.
Do you background-check your crews?
Yes. Background checks are part of our standard onboarding practice for crews working in occupied and secured buildings.
Do you use subcontractors?
Some specialty and overflow work is performed by service partners. Partners are held to the same insurance, background-check and service documentation requirements we apply to our own crews.
How is service documented?
Scopes are written, service expectations are defined in the agreement, and completed work is documented so you have something to reference rather than a verbal understanding.
What areas do you cover?
Commercial and residential services across Southeast Wisconsin and the Fox Cities, with commercial coverage in the Northwoods. Ask for service-area documentation if procurement needs it in writing.
